I used this image for my cover page as it shows a student
representing who would represent the primary target audience of my magazine.
This image is also clear and is not too blurry and so would be good for use on
my cover page. The lighting also creates a warm colour in the image so would
follow the wanted colour palette. This would again follow what the target
audience wanted and so would represent them. The image also follows what the
brief asked for in terms of image type.
I used this image for my contents page as, although it does
represent the target audience, the image is slightly blurred and so would not
be suitable to have featured on the cover. The image also does not follow the
colour palette as closely as the cover image does.
I also used this image on my contents page as it is more of
a close up and does not follow the image that I had wanted for my cover page.
It does, however, too represent the target audience who would be reading the
magazine. I like it as it is a clear image and so is of a good quality however
it does not follow the common convention of a medium shot for the cover.
I used this image for my contents page as it is slightly
blurred and does not really use the colour palette of the cover page. This photo
however, represents the target audience of the magazine. It does however work
as an image for my contents page as it represents the target audience and has
good enough quality to be used on the page.
I also used this image for the contents page as it again
represents the primary target audience. However, this image is much to blurry
to be used on the cover and it also does not follow the colour palette of the
cover page. It will though work as a smaller image on the contents page.
